NEW SUBCRIPTION POP-UP FEATURE
As we continue to find ways to help each one of you build and add to your customer base, we are excited to announce a new pop-up on the US website. This new feature on SeneGence.com will help capture potential new Customers who do not yet have a Distributor and who have not yet purchased products.
The subscription pop-up invites visitors to share their e-mail and offers them 15% off their first order as a new Customer. Should the visitor make a purchase, the new Customer will be assigned to a qualified Distributor (those in rotation with the previous month's 300+ PV). They will also be added to the assigned Distributor’s Customer base and will begin receiving Customer e-mails as all your Kiss & Tell Customers do.

Q: How will a new visitor/customer see the 15% welcome offer?
A: When entering www.senegence.com for the first time, new customers not affiliated with a active distributor will see a pop up asking if they would like to save 15% on their first order by signing up for our customer loyalty program Kiss and Tell. When they click the link, they are directed to the Kiss and Tell sign up page and give us their email.
Q: How is the 15% Discount calculated?
A: Once signed up, when they place their first order, they will receive 15% off the retail price of the product. Tax and shipping are calculated on the full amount of the product before the welcome discount
Q: How are Kiss and Tell Loyalty points calculated on the Welcome order?
A: New customers will earn Kiss and Tell Loyalty points on the "discounted" price of the product and can apply them to their next order.
Q: Do the Loyalty Points on Welcome orders expired?
A: Loyalty points expire one year from when they are earned.
Q: How are new customers who use the Welcome code assigned to Distributors?
A: The customer and the sale are assigned to a "qualified " Distributor on a rotating basis.
Q: What is considered a “qualified” Distributor?
A: Qualified Distributors is a distributor in good standing with the company, who has opted into CDO and who has accumulated 300 PV worth of orders in the previous month.
Q: If a Distributor has a new customer and wants to offer them the 15% new customer discount, how can they be assured they will get credit for that customer’s order and that customer will be assigned to them?
A: If the new customer uses the distributor’s referral link and see the “shopping with X” grayish blue banner at the top of the page they will be assigned to the distributor who referred them.
Q: Will Distributor receive new customers from all countries in which SeneGence does business?
A: Customers are only assigned to distributors in the country they customer resides. Q: How does the discount work?
A: Distributors earn profits based on the ordering discount level they are currently qualified for through Kiss and Tell at the time the order is placed.
EXAMPLE: Let’s say the distributor is at a 40% discount level and the customer purchases
$100 in retail products.
- Without a 15% Welcome coupon, the net order total is $100. The distributor received 40% of this or $40. PV is ½ net order total or 50 PV.
- With Welcome 15% coupon, the new order total is $85. ($100 - $15 = $85.) The distributor receives 40% of $85 = $34. PV is ½ of net order total or 42.5.
