I qualified for Tier 1 & 2 two months ago but have not leased my car yet, so I don’t qualify for Tier 1. Can I still lease and pay for a car until I qualify again?

• No, the program is for new leases only.  If you lease now and have to wait to requalify, your lease will no longer be new.
