In connection with honoring SeneGence’s 100% Customer satisfaction guarantee, Independent Distributors may accept previously-sold product back from their end Customers and return it to SeneGence for a replacement of the same or a similar substitute. The SeneGence Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Program online form makes it easy for Independent Distributors to request return product authorization from SeneGence.

- IMPORTANT -
FORM MUST BE COMPLETED IN FULL.
ANY MISSING OR INACCURATE INFORMATION MAY RESULT IN A DELAY IN PROCESSING YOUR RMA.
- Make one entry for each separate product being returned.
- Be sure to fill out the explanation of why your Customer returned the product to you.
- Once finished, review the final list of returns.
- You will then be issued an RMA Number.
- Please print the invoice screen and include with your product return.
- You must include a copy of the receipt you provided to your end Customer at the time of the sale of the product with your return.
- Don’t forget to include the actual product that you received back from your Customer!
